Burnside Farm

 The Farm is located at the outskirts of Bulawayo is a commercial farm with activities which includes piggery, poultry, animal husbandry, dry land farming, flood irrigation, horticulture, market gardening and floriculture. Burniside Farm which covers 78.97 hectares of land provides gainful employment men, women, boys and girls with disabilities, former trainees of the JJA vocational training centres and community members within and outside the environs of Bulawayo. Infrastructure at the farm includes administration buildings, fowl runs, boreholes and a water reservoir. Burnside Farm generates income and provides food for JJA service centres. Apart from providing for the JJA services centre Burnside Farm is a source of fresh farm produce for the suburbs, shops, supermarkets and wholesales in and around Bulawayo. The Farm has a reputable producer of export quality flowers of different kinds.


Gwanda Farm

Gwanda farm is located on 6 1/2  hectares of land in Matebeleland South Province. The farm is a primary source of food supplies for nearby residential suburbs and it also provides employment for men, women, boys and girls with disabled former trainees of the Jairos Jiri Association vocational training centres. The buildings and equipment at the farm comprise of office buildings, 2 water reservoirs, 2 functioning boreholes, a tractor and a pick-up truck. Gwanda Farm has various projects that are running which includes farming, piggery and poultry. The Farm has successfully managed to ensure a continuous and consistent supply of fresh farm produce to consumers.
