Annual Fund

The Annual Fund is an organized effort to obtain unrestricted gifts or funds on a yearly basis to support, at least in part or in full, general operations of Jairos Jiri Association. Therefore you can either donate to JJA on a yearly basis; or you can contact us to request more information about the security and use of your gift.

Endowment Giving

An endowment is a charitable donation in the form of real property, assets, or funds, usually given to Jairos Jiri Association to support a specific goal or objective. Often, the donors who contribute to the endowment may place restrictions on how it shall be used, stipulation, for example, that their funds must be used to pay fees for children with disabilities.

Planned Giving/Bequests

Planned giving is a way in which a donor can leave money / assets to Jairos Jiri Association at his or her death; or a way to give money received in the form of benefits to charity so that if the donor receives benefits during his/her lifetime he or she can then bequests the remaining funds to the non-profit organization.

Sponsorship

Child sponsorship allows an individual, or an institution, to sponsor, or fund a child in a developing country until the child becomes self sufficient. This could mean financially supporting the education, health or security of the sponsored child or in some cases all of these. This could also mean contributing more widely to the child’s community developing without directly helping an individual child so Jairos Jiri Association will link potential sponsors to the vulnerable children

Random / unplanned giving

This is a type of giving that encompasses all those gifts which can be given at any particular time for different purposes; this includes assets, money or any other nature of gift.
